A triosmium carbonyl cluster that inhibits α-synuclein aggregation and disassembles preformed aggregates
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: (2), effectively inhibited α-synuclein aggregation, a key signature of Parkinson's disease (PD), in both wild-type and A53T-mutant α-synuclein models. Cluster 2 showed superior efficacy and a significantly better safety profile, and could also disassemble preformed aggregates.
