Abstract: 正确认识教育家精神在新时代的价值是培养教育家精神的前提。文章立足云南边疆地区实际，从铸牢理想信念，深化家国情怀；秉持慎独自律，陶冶道德情操；扎根云南边疆，发挥育人智慧三个方面凝聚教师精神内核，推进新时代云南高素质教师队伍专业化发展。从涵育有道德、有知识的时代新人；涵育有技术、有创新的时代新人；涵育有数量、有质量的时代新人三个方面推进新时代云南教育、科技、人才一体化发展。从对内改革和对外开放两个方面促进教育变革，以云南教育现代化助推教育强国建设。文章论述了新时代弘扬教育家精神对云南教育现代化的价值所在，强调教育家精神的重要性，为后期弘扬教育家精神提供理论支撑。Correctly understanding the value of the spirit of educators in the new era is a prerequisite for cultivating the spirit of educators. Based on the actual situation of the border areas in Yunnan, this article condenses the core of teachers’ spirit from three aspects: strengthening ideals and beliefs and deepening the feelings of family and country; adhering to self-discipline and cultivating moral sentiments; and taking root in the border areas of Yunnan and giving play to the wisdom of educating people, so as to promote the professional development of high-quality teaching staff in Yunnan in the new era. From three aspects of cultivating new talents of the era with morality and knowledge, cultivating new talents of the era with technology and innovation, and cultivating new talents of the era with both quantity and quality, it promotes the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talents in Yunnan in the new era. It promotes educational reform from two aspects of internal reform and opening up to the outside world, and boosts the construction of a strong educational country with the modernization of education in Yunnan. This article expounds the value of carrying forward the spirit of educators in the new era for the modernization of education in Yunnan, emphasizes the importance of the spirit of educators, and provides theoretical support for carrying forward the spirit of educators in the latter stage.
