Abstract: Survey processThis Delphi study involved two online rounds, each lasting 1-2 weeks with reminders and financial incentives.The first round (Sep 9-Oct 6, 2024) assessed the appropriateness of palliative care for HF patients, 38 referral criteria (grouped into 9 subcategories), and 6 palliative interventions using a 5-point scale.9) The agreement threshold was 70% based on previous study.9,10
