Abstract: The article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for the diagnosis of breast cancer. A qualitative and economic assessment of the use of the «Faust View» software and hardware complex based on AI algorithms was conducted. The study found that the conclusions formulated using this system are comparable in accuracy to the results obtained by radiologists. This indicates the potential for its implementation in clinical practice to reduce the workload on medical personnel. The economic efficiency of this approach was demonstrated, showing that it could be a cost-effective solution for improving healthcare outcomes and managing resources more effectively
