The Practical Effect of Clinical Teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology Based on Experiential SP Combined with Medical Simulation Teaching

Abstract: 目的：探讨基于体验式SP联合医学模拟教学的妇产科临床教学中的实践效果。方法：选取本院妇产科2022年9月~2024年3月的70名临床医学专业实习生，依据奇偶数字法分为常规组(n = 35)与联合组(n = 35)，2组分别采用常规教学、基于体验式SP联合医学模拟教学，对比2组实习生的考核成绩、教学质量、教学满意率。结果：联合组的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩高于常规组，P均P均P Objective: To explore the practical effects of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology based on experiential SP combined with medical simulation teaching. Method: Seventy clinical medical interns from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from September 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a conventional group (n = 35) and a combination group (n = 35) based on the odd even number method. The two groups received conventional teaching and experiential SP combined with medical simulation teaching, respectively. The assessment scores, teaching quality, and teaching satisfaction rates of the two groups of interns were compared. Result: The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the joint group were higher than those of the conventional group, both P P P < 0.05. Conclusion: Applying experiential SP combined with medical simulation teaching in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching can not only improve teaching quality and satisfaction, but also help cultivate clinical skills and professional qualities of interns, which can be promoted.
