Green Synthesis And Physico-Chemical Characterization Of Magnetic Oxide Nanoparticles For Biomedical Applications RESEARCH ARTICLE

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The green synthesis of that of the magnetic oxide nanoparticles presents a very sustainable approach to that of biomedical material development. This study ,ainly demonstrates the eco-friendly synthesis of the iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe₃O₄ NPs) using Azadirachta indica (neem) leaf extract. The synthesized nanoparticles which were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), , dynamic mild scattering (DLS), and vibrating pattern magnetometry (VSM). The particles exhibited common diameters of 10–25 nm, spherical morphology, and superparamagnetic conduct. FTIR showed the presence of phytochemicals performing as decreasing and stabilizing sellers. VSM evaluation revealed a saturation magnetization of 58.2 emu/g, indicating robust magnetic response suitable for biomedical targeting.
