It also explores what skills are needed to thrive in this new environment and how we can prepare the next generation for these decentralized and remote job opportunities. By reviewing existing research, this paper highlights important trends, challenges, and opportunities for workers and companies in this new world of work. It also suggests ways that schools, policymakers, and businesses can help equip people with the knowledge and skills needed for success in a blockchain-driven work world.
