Abstract: This conceptual paper aims to identify and explain the critical factors influencing Chinese tourists' behavioral intention model when choosing New Zealand as a travel destination.The study primarily focuses on understanding tourists' motivations for selecting New Zealand and their decision-making processes in choosing travel destinations.Through this conceptual model, a comprehensive understanding of Chinese tourists' travel motivations and the key factors influencing their choice of New Zealand as a travel destination was obtained.The proposed underpinning theories, research gaps, proposed hypotheses and conceptual model provide valuable insights into the motivations and behaviors of Chinese tourists choosing New Zealand as a travel destination.
