Abstract: Study of recycled concrete aggregate effects in civil engineering developments is important to attain sustainable matter in construction area.Primary purpose in this study is to find out whether recycled concrete aggregate can be used in structural members or not.In this paper, it was discussed the strength requirement to meet a good concrete compressive strength by carrying out many tests on concrete cubes (with additive material and without additive material).In addition, this paper has presented the comparing concrete cubes results which contain recycled concrete as coarse aggregate with concrete cubes results which contain natural coarse aggregate.In this research, four mixes were used with different mix composition (with additive mix and without additive mix for both (natural coarse aggregate and recycled concrete as coarse aggregate) which were tested in (7 & 28 days).The results have shown that the significant improvement of compressive strength of concrete to higher range can occur when using the recycled aggregate with (High Performance Concrete Hyperplasticizer) at specific percentage.It can be used in structural members.
