Abstract: Raman spectroscopy is a valuable and powerful technique for obtaining information about materials.The process of Raman measurement provides information about the vibrational spectrum of the analyte.In this study, obstacles were faced when detecting the Raman signal.A significant obstacle is the plasma lines resulting from the laser itself.These lines can be used to calibrate the spectrometer.This study identifies and analyzes a variety of plasma lines in our laser and records quite a few of these, measures their wavelengths, determines their locations on the detector, and compares them through the NIST website.We also discussed the issues related to these lines.
