Abstract: This paper presents a case of an ectopic fetus in a post‐caesarean patient. The study utilizes computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and radiographs to identify any structural or anatomical abnormalities resulting from its ectopic location. Both gross examination and advanced imaging showed no apparent structural or anatomical abnormalities other than their contracted state. This ectopic case is presumed to have occurred due to adhesions between the greater omentum and the uterine body following a caesarean section, allowing for the fetus to remain hidden for up to 18 months. Although there are scattered anecdotal reports of ectopic fetuses discovered in post‐caesarean patients, such cases are rarely documented in the literature. Clinicians should be aware that this condition may occur more commonly than described in the literature. In this scenario, the patient was asymptomatic upon arrival, with the mass being noted during the physical exam, and its ectopic nature noted during ovariohysterectomy surgery.
