Abstract: Nego Bispo's circular thinking, "beginning, middle and beginning", is fundamental to understanding the reverberations of 2013 in the favelas of Complexo do Alemão based on the aesthetic-political actions of a young quilombist movement that in the last 10 years created a community school , autonomous, matricentered and that reflects-acting on a daily basis about counter-power, self-defense, art, education and counter-colonization.
