Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and incentives on employee performance at PT. ABC. The population of this research is all employees of the production department of PT. ABC numbered 111 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis models. Data was processed using SPSS V.21.0 for Windows. The results of the research show that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value = 4.388 > t table = 1.98238, work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value = 5.294 > t table = 1, 98238, and the incentive variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of -2.416 > t table = 1.98238. These three results show that the work environment, work motivation and incentives have a partial effect on employee performance. For simultaneous testing, the results obtained were that all variables together had a significant effect on employee performance.
