Abstract: The possibility of obtaining composite materials with a refractory matrix by deposition from the gas phase is investigated. A scheme for carrying out the impregnation process with high efficiency of using the precursor for obtaining dispersed fuel elements is proposed. The degree of impregnation can reach 95…96%.
