Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article presents the results of hematological studies. In animals with balanoposthitis, an increase in the total number of leukocytes to 36.03 ± 2.56 × 103/μl, an increase in all absolute indicators was noted: the content of lymphocytes – by 184.6 % to 15.925 ± 1.005 × 103/μl, monocytes, basophils, eosinophils – by 166.3 % to 1.425 ± 0.095 × 103/μl, granulocytes – by 896.2 % to 18.58 ± 1.765 × 103/μl. The relative indicators of the leukocyte formula changed as follows: the content of lymphocytes decreased by 35.7 % and amounted to 45.02 ± 1.895 %; the number of monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils increased by 40.8 % to 4 ± 0.08 %, granulocytes increased by 119.8 % to 50.98 ± 1.945 %. In mixed andrological pathology (balanoposthitis, vesiculitis and prostatitis) the changes were expressed to a greater extent: the total number of leukocytes increased by 584.3 % to 55.055 ± 3.18 × 103/μl, an increase in all absolute indicators: the content of lymphocytes – by 242.4 % to 19.16 ± 0.945 × 103/μl, monocytes, basophils, eosinophils – by 191.5 % to 1.56 ± 0.255 × 103/μl, granulocytes – by 1739.6 % to 34.31 ± 2.425 × 103/μl.
