Abstract: This study explores the implementation of Lean Management at Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, a leading kitchen appliance manufacturer in India. Lean principles like 5S, JIT, Kanban, and Kaizen are evaluated in terms of their impact on operational efficiency, waste reduction, and employee perceptions. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-Square Tests, Correlation Analysis, and Percentage Analysis. The findings reveal significant improvements in production efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction, although challenges such as lack of training and resistance to change persist.
