A Study on the Function Fulfillment and Collaborative Linkage of Juvenile Protection Workstations in Shapingba District Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract: 协同治理是一种新的社会治理模式，以未成年人保护工作站的职能履行与协同联动为主要研究视角，使用NVivo11为主要的研究工具，将访谈得来的7份访谈文本资料作为数据来源，构建“基本情况”“协同联动”“职能履行”三个分析模块，进行文本编码和内容分析，梳理出未成年人保护工作站在进行未成年人保护服务时候所遇到的问题，并从职能履行和协同联动等方面提出对策建议。Collaborative governance is a new model of social governance. This study takes the function fulfillment and collaborative linkage of juvenile protection workstations as the primary research perspective, using NVivo11 as the main research tool. Seven interview transcripts serve as the data source to construct three analytical modules: “Basic Situation”, “Collaborative Linkage”, and “Function Fulfillment”. Through text coding and content analysis, the study identifies the problems encountered by juvenile protection workstations in providing juvenile protection services and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of function fulfillment and collaborative linkage.
