Abstract: Pandemics, hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, and other unexpected disruptions cause crises which can damage global supply chain operations. Xiaoyan Xu, Suresh P. Sethi, Sai-Ho Chung, and Tsan-Ming Choi propose the GREAT strategy to help leaders weather these crises by transforming the global supply chain to achieve the 3Rs: responsiveness, resilience, and restoration.
