Diagnostics of the Company's Financial Crisis and Analysis of the Probability of Bankruptcy (using the Example of Jsc Nc Ktz)

Abstract: The article discusses the main aspects of corporate crisis management using the example of JSC NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» (KTZ), as well as theoretical and practical aspects of the financial crisis of the company and the analysis of the probability of its bankruptcy. The main focus is on methods of assessing financial stability, the use of mathematical and statistical models such as Altman's Z-models, logistic regression and discriminant analysis. The main indicators of the financial crisis, their diagnosis, as well as the interpretation of the analysis results are presented.
