The current scenario of player selection is through - unscientific selection - which usually involves managers who have economic control over the players and agreements with the players' parents and coaches. The international literature on sports talent states that ability is not an isolated factor, but a systemic one. It also involves multiple variables such as: opportunity, resilience, skill and challenge; Thus, the following premises: systematized and long-term training, multidisciplinary team, technical and tactical training. The scientific factors of the search for sports talents are inherent to biological growth and maturation, basic and advanced motor skills, and the sports opportunities experienced, and are intrinsically related to the development and enhancement of the different performances of competitive sports.
