Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This article is devoted to the study of the influence of the working conditions of granulation operators in pharmaceutical enterprises and their relationship with occupational diseases. Pelletizing is one of the most common processes in the manufacture of dosage forms, involving employee contact with various chemicals and materials, as well as exposure to a number of harmful physical and psychophysiological occupational agents. Bronchitis, allergic reactions, and diseases of the musculoskeletal system are among the most common diseases. The article highlights the need for an integrated approach to occupational risk assessment and the development of measures to improve working conditions. To reduce the risk of occupational diseases, it is necessary to comply with all occupational safety and health standards, provide proper ergonomic equipment, and monitor the psycho-emotional state of employees. Only if all these conditions are met can the high quality of production and the health of employees be guaranteed. It is important to note that reducing occupational diseases is not only an employer's responsibility, but also an important aspect of overall social responsibility in the healthcare sector.
