Abstract: This work explores the formulation of cosmological models within the framework of viscous teleparallel gravity, where gravity is described by torsion rather than curvature. Incorporating a bulk viscous fluid in a flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) universe, the study investigates modified Friedmann equations derived from a non-equilibrium thermodynamic approach. Exact solutions for different cosmic epochs, including accelerated expansion, are obtained using a specific ansatz for the Hubble parameter. The impact of viscous effects on cosmic dynamics is analyzed, showing that such models can mimic dark energy behavior. These results suggest that viscous teleparallel gravity provides a viable alternative description of late-time cosmic acceleration.
