Abstract: The results of adjuvant combined systemic therapy of low-grade angiosarcoma in domestic animals are presented. The study subjects were cats (n = 3) and one dog with a morphologically confirmed diagnosis. All animals underwent surgical resection of the formation along the marginal boundaries, followed by histological examination of the surgical material. According to the results of adjuvant therapy, the recurrence–free period averaged about 237 days (min – 152 days, max - 331 days). According to the results of the hematological examination, by the 120th day of therapy, there was a decrease in leukocytes by 10.35%, lymphocytes by 18.43%, monocytes by 27.28%, granulocytes by 7.34%, hemoglobin by 12.36%, as well as the percentage of lymphocytes by 6.47% and monocytes by 24.28%. Of the biochemical parameters of the blood, there was an increase in globulin by 5.48%, total bilirubin by 69.96%, ALT by 14.74%, alkaline phosphatase by 112%, amylase by 22.83%, glucose by 12.39%, creatinine by 12.63%, urea by 16.66% and phosphorus by 8.57%., from the indicators of the first day of therapy. All changes took place within the boundaries of the reference values. A 31.08% increase in platelets above the maximum level was recorded in one patient. No animals with signs of hematological toxicity were detected. By the end of therapy, two patients were diagnosed with symptoms of general grade I toxicity.
