Abstract: Mirizzi syndrome is known as extrinsic bile duct compression syndrome. A longstanding impacted gallstone in the Hart- manns pouch can cause a compression to the adjacent bile duct and due to this compression, a pressure ulceration and inflammation occurred consecutively.
