Abstract: As an intermediary, mutual funds invest the collective savings of numerous investors in corporate securities, providing a steady return, capital appreciation with lowest possible risk. This investment method enables investors to benefit from professional management and diversification at a minimal cost, making it an infamous option for retail investors. Basically, all investors have different thoughts and needs and are a much diversified group. With a broad spectrum of investment options available, asset management companies must customize their mutual fund schemes to handle the dynamic needs of investors and learn their fund selection behavior to remain competitive in the market.
