Abstract: This research aims to analyze the Time Management Strategy at PT Worlds Innovatif and Telecommunication with a focus on identifying the time loyalty activities carried out, their impact on the company and employees, as well as the obstacles faced during the time management strategy. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and case studies, where data is collected through interviews with employees and area managers involved in PT Worlds Innovatif and Telecommunication as well as direct observation, documentation and analysis. Triangulation techniques are used to ensure the validity of the data, where the results of observations, interviews and documentation are compared with each other to find information that is very accurate and must be accounted for. The research results show that PT Worlds Innovatif and Telecommunication has implemented various time management strategies which include time loyalty within PT Worlds Innovatif and Telecommunication.
