Abstract: In the previous published articleI made certain theoretical aspects of populistoperation, its concepts and nature.Political scientists have considered thatpopulism acutely rises in the period of tran-sitional society. Therefore, to understand thedevelopment of modern populism it is import-ant to understand its history and evolution.In this article, I have tried to explain howthe term of “populism” first came into the po-litical arena of countries word wide, how thisphenomenon occurred throughout history andwhat kind of pre-requisite conditions existedfor populism to develop in our society
