Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Educational inclusion is a priority for 21st century education systems; however, its implementation faces persistent challenges related to teacher training, curricular rigidity, unequal access to technologies and limited institutional articulation. This study aimed to analyze and systematize effective strategies to promote inclusion in diverse learning environments through a qualitative and exploratory literature review of recent academic literature. Studies indexed in Scopus, WoS and other university repositories were compiled and analyzed, organizing the findings around four axes: teacher training, curricular adaptations, use of inclusive technologies and institutional policies. The results show that continuous training in inclusive competencies, the use of active methodologies such as SAD, the incorporation of accessible technologies and the consolidation of a school culture based on respect and participation are key factors in advancing towards equitable education. The discussion underscores that inclusion requires a comprehensive transformation involving pedagogy, policy, technology and institutional leadership. In conclusion, promoting educational inclusion is an ongoing and collective process that requires contextualized, sustainable strategies focused on the dignity of all students.
