Abstract: Material handling equipment is an important component of modern logistics. This article designs an intelligent operation and maintenance research platform for material handling, establishes a standardized information collection and control system, self diagnosis system, and expert system based fault prediction model knowledge base, which can realize remote control of equipment, work environment warning, operation status monitoring, and fault diagnosis. After developing an anti sway device on the experimental platform, data collection and system testing were carried out to optimize the installation position and algorithm of the anti sway device. The design of this experimental platform has the significance of conducting relevant research and promoting technology in the industry.
