Research on Structural Health Monitoring and Intelligent Lifting Technology for Cranes

Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: With the expansion of modern industrial scale, the application of cranes in various complex projects is becoming increasingly widespread. However, during long-term operation, the load-bearing structure, transmission system, and related components of cranes will gradually experience fatigue, aging, and damage, greatly threatening the operational safety and service life of the equipment. This article comprehensively studies the structural health detection technology, data analysis and processing methods of cranes, and combines IoT and artificial intelligence technologies to explore the application of smart lifting technology in modern engineering. Through case analysis, it has been verified that cranes based on structural health detection and intelligent systems can effectively improve operational safety, equipment lifespan, and operational efficiency.
