Abstract: Dermoscopy is a precise diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of various dermatoses and skin infestations. It has revolutionized the field of research, connecting dermatology with entomology and creating a novel field of study known as entodermoscopy. It helps in the identification of ticks at various stages of life, thereby reducing the disease burden of various tick-borne diseases. Here, we describe four cases of tick bite infestation to reinforce the utility of dermoscopy for making early and accurate diagnosis and guiding prompt management.
