Abstract: Dear reader, Currently, the status quo of scientific dissemination in international journals has been intensifying and changing significantly. Until a certain time ago, research, and consequently, scientific publications, especially in the field of business and organizations, were developed to meet the conditions and predispositions of internal environments and markets. As time has passed, research continues to focus on internal scenarios, given various constraints. However, publications have already been largely directed towards international journals and audiences.
