Abstract: The role of the capital market as a source of corporate funding that has implications for the country's economy is not just an alternative but has been able to become the main source of funding. Funds offered in the capital market through several corporate actions of the company such as initial public offerings (IPO), rights issues and bond issuance every year are considered much more efficient than the funding obtained by the company from bank loans. Especially when the inflation trend is increasing which indirectly affects the interest rate on bank loans. The number of companies that have listed IPOs, rights issues or bonds as well as funds collected from the three corporate actions have recorded quite significant results every year. Although when compared there are fluctuations, one of which is influenced by the economy at home and abroad, every year, However, this does not discourage the company's interest in continuing to obtain funding in the capital market.
