Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence has driven the transformation of society towards informatization and intelligence, especially in the field of supply chain optimization. Enterprises must coordinate resource allocation, improve supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs in a complex and ever-changing market environment to cope with increasingly fierce competition. This article summarizes existing literature and focuses on the application of AI in supply chain optimization, considering the problems that exist in actual supply chains. It explores how AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and respond to global competition. In the future, the supply chain will develop towards globalization and flexibility. The trend of globalization has prompted companies to seek broader cooperation and more efficient resource allocation in the global market. At the same time, flexible supply chains will achieve more efficient production and delivery by flexibly responding to market changes and customer demands. With the widespread adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, the future supply chain will become more intelligent and transparent, adapting to rapidly changing market environments and consumer demands.
