Abstract: We report the case of a 10-month-old male infant diagnosed with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, who was brought to our medico-legal postmortem center after being declared dead. The external examination and autopsy findings, considering both pathological and medico-legal aspects, are discussed in light of the limited literature on this subject. This case highlights the importance of differentiating natural lesions from traumatic and accidental causes.
