Abstract: For researchers, resilience is the ability of individuals to rise from difficulties to rise, so that they can be more productive again, especially for students working on their thesis. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient, and self-efficacy on resilience. This study involved 107 students who worked on their thesis. The measuring instrument used for emotional quotient is the Assessing Emotional Scale (AES), self-efficacy is General Self-Efficacy (GSE), and for resilience is the Resilience Scale (RS-14) Data collection uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between emotional quotient and self-efficacy on resilience by 60.6%. This study shows that self-efficacy has a stronger influence than emotional quotient, because students who are working on a thesis need more confidence in themselves to be able to master or control themselves in a condition in order to produce a good result.
