Design and practice of a whole network balancing system considering multiple types of loads
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: With the profound transformation of China’s energy structure, the power balance of power grids is facing new challenges. This article proposes the design of a unified network balance system, which can support annual balance, monthly and weekly balance, daily balance before and after, and unit management business, and has five functions and 17 modules. This article mainly introduces the overall framework, key technologies and application scenarios of the system, and analyzes its value in response to future challenges in power systems. This article achieves balance analysis on multiple time-scales, rolling deduction of multi-cycle comprehensive balance, early warning and prediction of comprehensive balance capabilities, and optimized decision-making for power and energy balance of multi-level power grids, solves the problems of "where the gap is, where the resources are, where the paths are, and how to optimize the allocation," and contributes to the construction of the dispatching system of the new power system.
