Abstract: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into communication management is reshaping how organizations develop, implement, and optimize their communication strategies. This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the relationships and thematic evolution of AI applications within communication management, corporate communication, and communication strategies. The findings reveal that AI technologies, such as chatbots, decision support systems, and machine learning, are increasingly central to enhancing efficiency, automating processes, and personalizing organizational communication efforts. The study highlights the interdisciplinary nature of the field, demonstrating how AI intersects with ethical, technological, and strategic dimensions. Despite the rapid growth in publications, a decline in citation rates suggests that while the volume of research is expanding, the novelty and impact of individual contributions are diminishing. This study provides a comprehensive map of the research landscape, identifying key trends, influential studies, and emerging challenges. It offers strategic insights for future research, emphasizing the need to focus on AI's ethical implications, human-centric approaches, and sustainability in communication management. This research contributes to the broader understanding of AI’s role in modern communication, supporting the development of more effective and responsible communication practices.
