Land Analysis of Sultan Ground Issued With Ownership Certificates by the Community

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Analysis of Sultan Ground land issued with community ownership certificates is the title of this essay. Because property rights granted to the community by the Sultanate or Duchy cannot be purchased or sold, permanent buildings for time-limited rights are not allowed, and the land must be returned upon request at any time. As a result, a certificate of ownership cannot be obtained for the community's used land. However, the Palace of the Sultanate discovered that some Sultan Ground land had been certified in someone's name or transferred to ownership during the last few years' inventorying procedure. This article analyzes legal concerns utilizing a conceptual approach, secondary data, and normative legal research. The analysis's findings include the status of Sultan ground land that has not been recognized as a Sultanate right and the hereditary angganggo rights group, which is land that has been granted to the people and for which the community has issued a certificate of ownership in accordance with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997, which is routinely followed. acquiring lawful communal ownership. Ngindung Rights, Magersari Rights, Borrowing Rights, Building Use Rights, and Use Rights on Sultanate Land and Duchy Land, which do not conflict with the provisions of national legislation (UUPA), define the status of sultan ground land other than that of the angganggo group
