This article reveals the main advantages of modern communication technologies in managing educational institutions, including efficiency, transparency, expansion of interaction channels, and the formation of network leadership. The necessity of developing digital competence among managerial staff is substantiated, and examples of successful practices in higher education institutions are examined.
