Abstract: In 2023, Indonesia will be reported worldwide that one of the cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, will be ranked second with the worst air quality in the world. This is the basis for research on air quality in Indonesia. Air quality is caused by the large amount of CO2 emissions in the environment around us. CO2 emissions are caused by motorized vehicles, forest fires, factory smoke, etc. The largest CO2 emissions are motorized vehicles. The results of data processing on the cause of CO2 emissions in vehicles are caused by engine size with an accuracy value of Gradientboosting Regression of 99.43%, Linear Regression of 98.91%, and Adaboost Regression of 94.90%. So it can be concluded that the Gradientboosting Regression algorithm has the highest accuracy value compared to other algorithms with a value of 99.43%.
