Abstract: This research aims to develop interactive learning video media based on Macromedia Flash to enhance students' mathematical reasoning abilities in a valid, practical, and effective manner. This research uses a development method called the ADDIE model. This interactive learning video media based on Macromedia Flash is expected to make students interested in mathematics so that their mathematical reasoning abilities improve. This research was conducted with a field trial involving 24 seventh-grade students. The assessment results obtained from media expert validators received a percentage of 82.7%, and from material expert validators, 82.4%. The percentage of the practicality of the learning video media based on the teacher response questionnaire results is 95%, and based on the student response questionnaire results, it is 87.5%. And the effectiveness obtained from the student test results is 79%.
