Abstract: Biatrial drainage of the right superior vena cava (RSVC) is a rare anomaly of the cavo-pulmonary venous confluence which may lead to chronic cyanosis, stroke and cerebral abscess. Historical corrections have been limited to open surgical repair. We describe an adult patient with biatrial drainage of the RSVC with chronic cyanosis who underwent successful percutaneous correction using a covered stent.
