Abstract: The purpose of this study is to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of liberal arts students in colleges and universities under the background of digital economy, put forward the construction of an education system to enhance the innovation ability of liberal arts students, and use BP neural network model to evaluate the educational effect. Through empirical analysis, the effective strategies suitable for liberal arts majors in colleges and universities are determined, and the measures to release their innovative potential are emphasized. The goal is to develop an evaluation system that conforms to the national conditions, meets the needs of educational reform and promotes entrepreneurship. In short, this study is devoted to stimulating liberal arts students' entrepreneurial and innovative abilities and promoting the reform of higher education through innovative education system and scientific evaluation methods.
