Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the general immunological resistance of the body of male futsal athletes at the age range of 13-14 years, who are in the V critical period of the formation of the immune system in the process of training and those who do not play futsal. Research methods: The study involved young futsal players of the Futsal Academy of Uzhorod, at the age beetwen 13 and 14 years (13.53 ± 0.08 years), and a group of peers who do not play futsal (13.60 ± 0.08). The immune status of boys at the age from 13 to 14 years old who are futsal athletes, was determined based on the analysis of integral immunological indicators: the index of nonspecific resistance and the level of potential increase in nonspecific reactivity of the body of futsal players; the index of immunological reactivity and resistance, the level of increase in immunological reactivity, as well as the level of reactive response of neutrophil granulocytes, the index of neutrophil and leukocyte shift, and also according to the allergization index - the formation of hypersensitivity of the body in response to physical exertion of the body of boys futsal players. Results of the study: It was established that in athletes of playing sports - male futsal players, nonspecific resistance of the organism is preserved (not disturbed) with a slight (P>0.05) decrease in nonspecific reactivity with its increase in the process of participation in this sport by 2.51%. Immunological resistance increases, and reactivity tends to decrease. The decrease in nonspecific reactivity is partially combined with a decrease in the reactive response of neutrophil granulocytes by 18.62%. In conclusion, the article highlights that in young futsal players at the age of 13-14 years, a normal relationship between affector and effector processes is formed, which contributes to an increase in immune status, the formation of delayed-type sensitivity and the absence of allergic reactions.
