Abstract: Eating disorders are a pressing socio-medical problem, the prevalence of which is constantly growing. Eating behavior has a direct impact on the quality of life. Despite the significant potential of fitness and SPA procedures in the context of solving these problems, the analysis of scientific literature revealed a dominant trend of research focusing mainly on psychological aspects and psychotherapeutic methods of their correction. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop a comprehensive fitness program using mental fitness and SPA tools, aimed at improving the quality of life of women in the first period of adulthood with eating disorders. A comprehensive fitness program was developed for women in the first period of adulthood with eating disorders, which involves behavioral modification, specially organized motor activity and the use of SPA tools. The duration of the program was 3 months with 3 workouts per week. The effectiveness of the program is proven by the dynamics of the quality of life indicators of the women involved in the study. Positive changes were noted both in the indicators of the physical component (physical functioning improved by 19.7%, role functioning due to physical condition - by 31.5%), and in the indicators of the mental component (vitality improved by 45%, social functioning - by 27%, mental health - by 30%), which confirms the feasibility of combining mental fitness and SPA procedures as effective means of influencing the quality of life indicators of women in the first period of adulthood.
