Kualitas Pelayanan UKS dalam Mencegah Anemia di Dua Sekolah Menengah Atas Kecamatan Lamongan

Abstract: : The trend of non-communicable disease burden has shifted the pattern of disease to adolescence. One of the non-communicable diseases that still has a fairly high prevalence in Indonesia, namely 32 percent at the age of 15 to 24 years, is anemia. The government is trying to prevent anemia through the School Health Program (UKS). This study aims to determine the differences in the quality of UKS services in two senior high schools in Lamongan District. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional design and descriptive analytical methods. The population of this study were grade XI students of SMA X and MAN Y. The research sample was 233 students (SMA X as many as 115 students and MAN Y as many as 118 students), which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The variables are the quality of service dimensions of SERVQUAL including physical evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The analysis of the research data used the Mann Whitney test. The results of the study indicate that the quality of UKS services in preventing anemia at SMA X is different from the quality of UKS services at MAN Y (p equals 0.014). The quality of service on the SERVQUAL dimension at SMA X needs to be improved and MAN Y needs to be improved on the (responsiveness) dimension. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for evaluating the improvement of the quality of UKS services. Abstrak: Tren beban penyakit tidak menular mengalami pergeseran pola penyakit ke usia remaja. Salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang masih memiliki prevalensi cukup tinggi di Indonesia yakni sebesar 32 persen pada usia 15 hingga 24 tahun adalah anemia. Pemerintah berupaya mencegah anemia melalui program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas pelayanan UKS di dua sekolah menengah atas kecamatan Lamongan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional dan metode deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswi kelas XI SMA X dan MAN Y. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 233 siswi (SMA X sebanyak 115 siswi dan MAN Y sebanyak 118 siswi), yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Variabelnya adalah kualitas pelayanan dimensi SERVQUAL diantaranya bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji Mann whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan UKS dalam mencegah anemia di SMA X berbeda dengan kualitas pelayanan UKS di MAN Y (p sama dengan 0,014). Kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi SERVQUAL di SMA X perlu ditingkatkan dan MAN Y perlu ditingkatkan pada dimensi (responsiveness). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar evaluasi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan UKS.
