Abstract: While the literature reports cases of calvarial lytic lesion, the association with aggressive periosteal reaction is rare. There are various opinions about the mechanics and treatment of these lesions. This article discusses a case of periosteal reaction, which caused a calvarial lytic lesion after minor head trauma, within the framework of existing literature.
