The Research on Text Mining and Visualization Analysis of Ideological and Political Course Texts in Colleges Based on Natural Language Processing

Abstract: In this study, natural language processing and text mining are used to systematically analyse the teaching content of university Civics classes in order to reveal the emotional orientation and thinking trends of college students. The refined processing of classroom text is achieved by constructing three modules, including topic identification, emotion analysis, and viewpoint monitoring. The results of the analysis are displayed in a visual way, thus reflecting the trend of students' emotional changes and their points of interest.
