A descriptive survey research design was adopted, involving 97 participants, including teachers, school counsellors, and students. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection, ensuring comprehensive coverage of career guidance aspects. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including chi-square and regression analysis. The study found that career counselling significantly enhances students’ career awareness, enabling them to probe various career opportunities, align interests with aspirations, and set realistic professional goals. Additionally, the findings suggest that career counselling strengthens academic motivation by promoting persistence, self-discipline, and enthusiasm for learning. The study identified the necessity of integrating career counselling into educational frameworks to support students’ career development and academic success. Future research should probe longitudinal effects and interventions tailored to broad student needs.
